Obladi, oblada, life goes on

I cannot believe it's almost July! The past few months have flown by. Wedding plans are done and now it's just crunch time with paying for stuff, finishing church requiremens, buying the rings and meeting with all of the vendors for final decisions and touches. Our house feels like a home now! Everything is done and we're completely settled in, basement and all. We even did several hours of yard work today to make the outside presentable. Wayne State is almost paid off. . . and to think that I owed them over $2000 just seven months ago! And I'm paying for a wedding! For the first time in my life I feel like a grown-up. It's a little funny. Don't worry, though, I don't plan on getting knocked up any time soon! Work was rough this week. . . almost 54 hours. . . and the baby was really, really sick. Ugh. I'm happy it's the weekend, to say the least. I suppose I should get in the shower now because Chris's brother, sister-in-law and nephew are coming to see the house for the first time (hence all of the major yard working) and they'll be here soon.

It feels really weird to write in this now.

PS My mom had seven week old toy-toy poodles for sale. Three males, two black and one buff (aka beige). Let me know if you want a puppy (oh, and have some money for said puppy!)
